Kelly Services Machine Operator in Asheville, North Carolina

Hours 6:00AM-4:30PM (Overtime every other Saturday)

$19.43/hour based off experience

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Have a minimum of three to six months of manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience.

• Have a background in precision mechanical operation and low volume, complex manufacturing processes.

• Have experience in lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement.

• Have the ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively.

• Have the ability to work in a cleanroom environment using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.

• Have the ability to read tape measure/Calipers or other measuring devices.

• Have experience with Windows-based and MS Office programs.

• Have strong problem-solving skills.

• Are self-motivated and have strong organizational skills.

• Have the ability to lift 35 lbs.

• Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
