CAE USA INC Simulator Technician I in Athens, Greece

Role and Responsibilities

Join CAE’s new training centre in Athens as a Simulator Technician, working on the most advanced aircraft simulators in the world. You’ll carry out preventative and reactive maintenance on A320, B737, and ATR 72-600 simulator systems, diagnose issues and ensure a high level of availability for our customers.

The role we are offering you

  • Carrying out preventative and corrective maintenance on a range of simulators including A320, B737, and ATR 72-600, diagnosing issues and managing defect resolution

  • Tracking maintenance activities in our maintenance management system

  • Performing pre-flight and post-flight activities and checks, including visual alignment, running & evaluating Qualification Test Guide (QTG) results

  • Assisting the refurbishment and modification of simulator hardware

  • Supporting our customers directly to identify and resolve issues affecting availability

  • Supporting logistics including parts received, repairs, and testing & validation

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Experience with fault finding and maintenance

  • Qualification and or/ training in engineering field

  • Ability to interpret diagnostics and engineering drawings

Shift pattern:

4 on, 4 off (4 day shifts, followed by 4 night shifts)
