About The Role

Responsible for providing HR operational support to the Hospitality Division, ensuring HR meets their needs & objectives in an

effective and efficient manner

What You’ll Be Doing

• Act as a representative of the HR function, providing day-to-day HR support to employees and management.

• Participate in the implementation of employee induction and orientation plans within the units in conjunction with the Employee

Services team and subsequent follow-up on progress of new recruits in their jobs through the induction & probation period

including identification of any training needs to complement the learning on the job.

• Handle staff grievance & disciplinary issues and provide guidance to line managers for efficient & satisfactory resolution of the

same in line with HR policies procedures and undertake suitable measures to aid retention.

• Facilitate the performance management process, drive appraisal process for its successful conclusion during probation and

annual cycle, review & report outcomes to HRBPs for further analysis & decisions in training, reward & performance

management area.

• Provide advice to all employees in line with company and HR policies and procedures.

• Facilitate smooth transition of employees exiting the organization by coordinating with the relevant departments in ensuring

payment of final settlement dues and cancellation of visas within appropriate time frame.

• Oversee entry and maintenance of employee data on all HR systems and ensure accuracy and timeliness of the same.

• Coordinate on EOS process and facilitate smooth transition of employees exiting the organization by coordinating with the

relevant departments and arranging exit interviews as well as ensuring payment of final settlement dues and cancellation of

visas within appropriate time frame.

• Prepare all official letters as required per approved employee request in a timely manner.

• Ensure applicable system updates, reports generation and record keeping in a timely and accurate manner.

• Coordinate/Facilitate and present joining formalities as well as induction and orientation and subsequently follow-up on

progress of new recruits in their jobs through the induction and probation period.

• Coordinate and administer on the system requirement for the process of performance management. Update the performance

appraisal system with respect to hierarchy details, role profiles to ensure its accuracy is maintained all the time.

• Coordinate on staff grievances & disciplinary issues as assigned with the employee and the line managers for process

compliance & efficiency & satisfactory resolution

About You

Education/Certification and Continued Education

Graduate or Post Graduate Degree, preferably in the field of Human Resources and/or Business Management

Years of Experience

Minimum 3-4 years’ experience our of which 2 years Hospitality specific experience.

Knowledge and Skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, evolving environment

• Proficient in MS Office. Exposure to HR software solutions would be an advantage.

• Must have a good command of English. Arabic would be an advantage.

• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
