Mölnlycke is now looking for an Account Manager Gloves to join our successful Sales Team in Sweden to work with market-leading, premium products included in the Biogel® brand.

About the job

As an Account Manager you will have a very flexible and independent job. You get to travel around four days a week and about one day a week working from your home office. Your district will preferably be located around Region Västra Götaland, Värmland, Jönköping, Östergötland, and potentially Örebro and Södermanland.

To be able to succeed in this role you’ll need to be experienced within this industry having the network aswell as working independently on the field, optimizing your own calender to maximize efficiency and with a variety in activities on a daily basis.

These will be your key accountabilities:

  • Build and manage long-term customer relationships to proactively seeking opportunities within the Gloves segment.

  • Drive and secure projects in the Gloves business area in line with set strategies, with a focus on key customers.

  • Develop and present commercial offerings to secure new business while maintaining and operating existing ones.

  • Stay updated with market trends regionally and nationally, and report findings to the Business Manager and Leadership Group.

  • Create and develop relationships with key personnel/opinion leaders (KOL's) on a national level, both clinically and commercially.

    What you’ll need…

  • Higher level education, preferably as a specialist OR nurse, specialization in surgery or experience working in an operating room is preferred.

  • Minimum of two years’ experience from sales within medical device, pharma or equivalent

  • Experience in the operating environment is a requirement

  • Experience in pre- and post-tender work is advantageous

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Good knowledge of English is a prerequisite

  • Valid driver's license is a requirement
