DESCRIPTION OF WORK As a Clerical Assistant 2 with the Bureau of Consumer Services, you will be working directly with the managers and supervisors of the Customer Assistance and Complaints Division on a wide range of assignments. The primary function of this position will be directly supporting the Customer Assistance and Complaints Division by serving as the contact person at our front desk. You will process correspondence, answer the phone, prepare reports, and assist the Complaints Division with various other tasks. The position will report directly to the Customer Assistance and Complaints Division Chiefs.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (commonwealth title); or Graduation from high school; or An equivalent combination of experience and training Other Requirements: You must meet the PA residency requirement.
