In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and resolving their inquiries efficiently.

• Answer a high volume of inbound calls from customers with a variety of questions and concerns.

• Actively listen to customer needs and identify the root cause of their inquiries.

• Provide accurate and timely information, following established procedures and company guidelines.

• Research and resolve customer issues independently, escalating complex situations as needed.

• Build rapport with customers, fostering a positive and professional experience.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.

• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

  Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of call center experience (preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in computer skills, including data entry and software applications (Microsoft Office Suite a plus).

• A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
