Key job responsibilities

Your responsibilities will be quite diverse. In addition to carrying out individual tasks, you will need a thorough understanding of analytical simulations and estimation processes.

Your tasks will include presenting reports and analyzes prepared with the use of various tools, portals and detailed reports. You will need to follow the solution-based approach to systems and processes that is typical of our company. You will consider a holistic view of the situation by retrieving data and reporting on indicators from various databases. In addition, you will deal with the preparation of current reports and analyzes. In short, you need to demonstrate great analytical skills and flexibility to match them:

  • Shuttle route planning and employee commuting monitoring

  • Site level 3rd party vendors management including canteen, shuttles and janitorial.

  • Managing relationships with transport service providers.

  • Daily-Weekly shift plan distribution

  • Preparation, monitoring and interpretation of indicators.

  • Conducting optimization projects such as transport processes, canteen, all service providers

  • Analytical support for the operational team responsible for transport.

  • Contributing to Continuous Improvement projects by working the related stakeholders

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Istanbul, TUR

Basic Qualifications

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office products, especially Microsoft Excel

  • Effective written and oral communication skills in Turkish and English (Intermediate to Advanced level of English (CEFR B1/B2) since many stakeholders of the role are located out of Turkey

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in HR or administrative affairs in operational sites or facilities

  • Work experience in a dynamic operational, logistics, e-commerce or supply chain environment

  • Ability to work with large amounts of data from various sources

  • Highly developed analytical and organizational skills

  • Strong focus on goals and implementation of tasks within the set deadlines

  • Ability to easily make contacts and build relationships

  • Ability to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
