Shell CR Adviser in Istanbul, Turkey
Accountabilities:
Lead communication of businesses outside the JV (Aviation, Gas and Power, Marine, Chemicals) in line with their business strategies.
Develop energy transition stakeholder engagement plan and an integrated communication strategy.
Execute the stakeholder engagement plan to support further growth of the business and further strengthen company reputation and visibility.
Communicate the global developments and Shell’s progress in energy transition locally.
Benchmark good practices internally and externally.
Partnering with Businesses to communicate the developments and progress in energy transition.
Develop social media communication strategy for top management and deploy.
Monitor the output and outcome of the plan and leverage the data to assess the effectiveness of communication activities.
Key competences required- Intermediate Level:
Proven experience in reputation and risk management, content creation, stakeholder management, brand management, digital & social media management and leadership communication.
An understanding and ongoing interest of ESG issues, trends, risks & opportunities and reporting standards, metrics.
