As a Total Rewards Specialist, you’ll coordinate global Reward’s programs with focus on project management, process documentation, building strategic partnerships and overseeing the timely execution of tasks to ensure successful implementations and elevate our employee experience.
You will also support the redesign of the Total Rewards Change and Communications strategy, executing on Change and Communications plans as needed.
You will be a key player within the Total Rewards team.

What you will do
Play a significant role in project planning and ensuring timely completion of tasks for any key Rewards processes, e.g. pay review process.
Drive reward processes, requirements gathering, and tool configuration including process documentation, planning/forecasting, and reporting.
Together with the HR Total Rewards Operations Director be the main contact for all topics enhancing operational standards as defined by the Total Rewards strategy.
Own the implementation of a consistent PMO framework across the team incl. methods, tools, templates. Operate as a project lead for new Total Rewards initiatives.
Create detailed communication in collaboration with HR Change Communications team and build training plans that align with the overall Total Reward strategy.
Take the lead in delivering the change plans including stakeholder management, drafting comms, develop and deliver training programs.
Skills and experiences
Global project coordination of large and complex projects
Project management experience in small to medium size projects
Effective collaboration and cross-teaming
Ability to independently manage stakeholder and partner requirements
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. MS Project is a plus.
Exposure to and understanding of Total Rewards
Some Change Management experience is a plus

Project Management Experience 2-4 years
You may have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also suffice
Initial Experience in an Operations, PMO and/or change management role
Exposure to Rewards & Recognition Topics in e.g. Business HR role
