Role Purpose

Supporting the Spain-based Advisory team and providing assistance in undertaking hotel single asset and portfolio instructions within Spain and Portugal.

Key Responsibilities

• Support in the preparation of valuations and consultancy reports for both urban hotels and holiday resorts.

• Managing instruction timelines and ensuring deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, architecture, finance & law or hotel administration.

• Solid analytical and numerical skills. Confirmed proficiency in use of spread sheets and financial modelling.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in English is a must.

• Strong report writing capabilities.

• Knowledge of the Spanish hotel industry and hotel real estate market is preferable

• Understanding of hotel operational fundamentals

• Abe to travel within Spain and valid driver’s license

• Accurate and exceptional attention to data and detail
