Virtual Learning Financial Analyst in Mandaluyong City, Philippines

Responsibilities:

  • Assist and actively engage in the monthly financial statement closure procedure for Charter Schools, ensuring precise and prompt recording of all financial transactions. Additionally, analyze, review, and document financial statements and variances.

  • Conduct reviews and audits of transactional support, ensuring all discrepancies are reconciled accurately.

  • Reconcile accounts and financial statements to guarantee accuracy and consistency.

  • Record monthly transactional and payroll expenses with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Compile comprehensive monthly audit support for both school and corporate auditors.

  • Prepare monthly packages for School Leaders and Treasurers, ensuring all necessary documentation is included.

  • Reconcile School records with corporate records to ensure alignment and accuracy.

  • Act as a liaison for cash application processes, facilitating smooth operations.

About you:

  • Must have Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field

  • Three (3) years general accounting experience

  • Candidate must be amenable to work on a night shift (US time zone)

  • Proficiency utilizing accounting software and Microsoft Office products, including advanced knowledge of Excel
