Abbott Group Product Manager (Neuro) in Moscow, Russia

We are looking for the replacement of Group Product Manager (Neuro)
Main responsibilities:
Lead team of several Product Managers
Develop brand/market strategy (5 years strategy and LRP) for group of brands
Work with company one of the key Rx brands in retail segments
Perform forecasting and budgeting: plan, update and monthly ADS
Translate strategy into key implementation milestones, communicate clearly and allocate responsibilities to cross functional member team
Ensure timelines are met and financial and market results are maximize
Manage the process to ensure execution of marketing plan within cross-functional teams: continuous interaction and regular checkpoints to review/discuss progress, proactively develop own network and identify new sources to gather information
Constantly assess effectiveness and ROI of tactical initiatives implementation
Identify key customers at each step of client flow/product value chain (head of pharmacy, pharmacists, consumers, physicians, patients, KOLs, etc)
Develop and implement plan to build relationship with key customers and influence them
Identify opportunities to align brand and customer goals (new business development)
Optimize customer synergies to develop brand/market advocates
Interaction with global marketers
Success profile:
University degree
SPM experience not less than 3 years or GPM – 2 years
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry not less than 5 years in retail marketing (brands on the different level of life cycle management) with successful cases of promotion
Experience work in foreign company
Experience of management big brand (sales above 1 bil RuR yearly)
Good command of PC (good knowledge of Excel and Power Point)
Experience of people management
Competent and free work with digital data
English upper-intermediate or higher
Result oriented, good analytical abilities
Excellent listening and communication skills
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Desire for permanent professional self-improvement
Willingness to take responsibility for the team and its results, positive thinking, critical thinking and expressed leadership qualities
Experience of work in SF is welcome
