Erickson Living Group Fitness Instructor (Per Diem) in New Providence, New Jersey

Lantern Hill is a luxurious 20-acre continuing care retirement community located in Union County, New Jersey in the borough of New Providence. We are hiring a Group Fitness Instructor to join our team. The Group Fitness Instructor will lead, monitor, and develop group fitness classes for an active senior population.

How you will make an impact:

  • Educating and evaluating members on proper exercise techniques.

  • Assisting with coordination and implementation of Wellness programs.

  • Maintaining a clean and safe fitness area for members.

  • Building strong relationships with residents and staff, encouraging them to be physically active.

  • Will instruct a wide variety of classes including Mat Pilates, strength classes, stretch classes, cardio classes, etc.

  • Compensation: $20.00 per hour.

What you will need:

  • A group fitness certification from an accredited organization is required.

  • Current CPR/First Aid certifications is required.

  • Experience in developing and creating fitness programs.

  • Minimum of 1-year related work experience is required.
