What you would do as our DAS Vertical Development Manager

You would play a crucial role in the Assa Abloy organization by cultivating strong relationships with investors and facilitating the realization of digital access solutions projects. This position is responsible for identifying potential investors, sourcing and developing project proposals, coordinating project execution, and maintaining post-project relationships. The primary goal is to secure new projects and contribute to the growth of our digital access solution business while providing exceptional service to investors and end users from selected verticals.

You would also:

  • Source and assess digital access control projects that align with investor interests and company goals.

  • Identify growth opportunities, emerging market verticals, and new technologies relevant to digital access control.

  • Develop customized project proposals addressing specific investor requirements and expectations.

  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.

  • Provide insights on growth opportunities and market developments.

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has at least 5 years sales experience together with hunter mentality, not a farmer - the capability to prospect, establish, and drive new business.

  • Has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and analytical and strategic thinking.

  • Speaks fluent English and Czech or Slovak language.

    What we offer

We’re passionate about providing amazing opportunities and benefits, so you can continue and progress a lifelong career with us – here’s what we have to offer:

  • Learning and career development opportunities, whether it’s online learning, management training or enhancing your skills.

  • A competitive salary and variety of benefits such as performance related bonus etc.

  • A dynamic working environment with a good team spirit where personal development and growth are highly encouraged.
