Robert Half Administrative Assistant II in Woonsocket, Rhode Island

Description

We are offering a role in the Real Estate & Property industry at our Providence, Rhode Island location. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, helping with processing applications, and maintaining excellent customer service. This role offers a contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and assist with processing applications and verifications

• Interact with residents and vendors, provide assistance, resolve issues, and document activities

• Maintain the apartment waitlist

• Order supplies when necessary

• Attend meetings as requested

• Maintain logs

• Perform data entry tasks such as entering invoices into the system

• Ensure the property is clean and presentable by conducting daily walks and noting any safety hazards

• Conduct inspections and prepare audits

• Monitor staff compliance, provide training, and manage staff performance

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Yardi for various administrative tasks

• Provide excellent customer service, including answering inbound calls

Requirements

• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word

• Demonstrated expertise in managing correspondence and organizing documentation

• Prior experience in administrative management and administrative office operations

• Experience in Property Management and familiarity with Yardi software

• Proven ability to perform data entry tasks efficiently and accurately

• Experience in entering invoices into accounting systems

• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on providing a positive customer experience

• Experience in answering inbound calls and providing information or assistance to callers

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically

• High level of organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
