Job Summary and Qualifications

Seeking a Flow Cytometry or Molecular Technologist I to provide expertise and champion results. We are an amazing team that works hard to support each other and are seeking a phenomenal addition like you who feels the patient experience is as meaningful as we do. You Will: Perform flow cytometry or molecular diagnostic studies under the direction of a laboratory supervisor, manager or director. Perform duties consistent with written procedures and regulatory requirements Apply theoretical concepts of laboratory medicine using independent judgement to ensure timely and accurate patient care delivery Specimen registration, specimen preparation, troubleshooting, quality control, equipment maintenance, and client report management. Supports the department in achieving department goals for service, quality, regulatory compliance, financial performance, patient satisfaction, healthy work environment, and integration of intra and inter-departmental activities. You Should Have: 2 year Associate Degree, Science Post Graduate Degree required 4 year Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology preferred State of Florida Technologist license or the ability to obtain 6 years’ experience as a Flow or Molecular Technologist 3 years in a clinical laboratory setting
