Job Title: Production and Packaging ($19 - $20/hour)

Shift/Schedule

1st Shift: Monday - Thursday 5:00am - 3:30pm

2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday 3:00pm - 1:30am

Job Description

Production and Packaging Technician in a dynamic manufacturing setting. Be part of a committed small team where you'll handle automated and manual machinery, including tasks such as filling, capping, and boxing products. Your role will require you to rotate through different stations, package finished goods, print labels, assist with pot changes, and palletize boxed goods for shipment. This contract-to-hire position is your doorway to long-term career prospects, with a clear trajectory for advancement into higher technical roles.

Qualifications

• Experience with simple machinery

• Prior production or packaging experience

• Ability to lift/move up to 50lbs

• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours a day

• Understanding of date/lot codes

• Willingness to learn machine area and product safety
