Marketing Director,Global Women's Health

We are looking for a talent to join the EH Growth Team based in Zug, Switzerland, as Marketing Director Stayfree & OB, EH Growth Team. The Marketing Director will lead the global strategy for Stayfree & OB, and will build the 3YOP Innovation Pipeline Vision. Delivering the plans to realize the extraordinary power of everyday care through the Women’s Health global brand development team with a strong outside in focus. The Marketing Director will provide leadership for a cross-functional team of R&D, supply chain, packaging engineering, Design, and marketing leads to develop growth plans based on consumer, category, and competitive data and insights.

This position reports into the Women’s Health Growth Lead

Major Duties & Responsibilities

Brand & connections excellence: 30%

Builds globally a consistent and distinctive brand that meet and advances the category prototype in close collaboration with key functions in Kenvue, especially the Scientific Organization, Technology, Supply Chain and regional Commercial Organizations.

Ensures the delivery of winning brand building plans through strong collaboration with the BMCs to address meaningful opportunities and threats as they arise.

Establish the strategy, develops and ensure the implementation of, consistent and aligned global comms, content, playbooks (Influencer/HCP/Shopper) consistent with SOBG principles. Delivers through the BMCs and rolls out to rest of world through the deployment teams

Advances Science of Brand Building capabilities in Kenvue making it a strong organizational muscle.

Leadership foundations: 30%

Member of the Women’s Health growth team, defining priority workstreams globally.

Ensuring strong collaboration & participation in Global Growth forum as per defined cadence.

Envisions and builds the 3YOP Vision & strategy and plans to realize the extraordinary power of everyday care through the Baby global brand tables with strong outside in focus:

Shared accountability for business performance including NTS, GP & Share with a strong must win across the BMCs.

Innovation and portfolio excellence: 20%

Delivers globally a consistent and distinctive innovation pipeline that meet and advances the category prototype in close collaboration with key functions in Kenvue, especially the Scientific Organization, Technology, Supply Chain and regional Commercial Organizations.

Delivers the global brand pipeline ensuring sufficiency and freshness needs met for the BMCs.

Delivers winning innovation launches plans through strong collaboration with the BMCs based on consumer needs. Develops and ensure the implementation of consistent and aligned global innovations together with launch playbooks: content, playbooks (Influencer/HCP/Shopper) consistent with SOBG principles. Delivers through the BMCs and rolls out to rest of world through the deployment teams.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Required Minimum Education:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or related field; Masters degree a plus

Required Years of Related Experience:

  • 10 years of Progressive experience developing and executing successful brand strategies, innovation, and operations, with a track record of driving business growth and profitability in the consumer health industry.

  • Experience in setting a vision and executing in a similar integrated brand leadership role within a consumer-packaged goods organization, preferably with a breadth of functional and/or industry experience. Experience working in a global capacity & collaborating with regional teams. Evidence of leading & growing a large global brand with meaningful sales outside of US. Strong track record of success working with local markets, preferable clout in India, Germany or Brazil.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Evidence of having shaped and landed strategic thinking in a complex/multi-factorial environment making the complex simple.

  • Evidence of collaborative shaping with clarity & impact cutting through swirl not afraid to make unpopular decisions.

  • Experience & Influence in leading global E2E cross functional teams.

  • Demonstrated business and cultural understanding of the local markets/regions we anticipate will fuel growth substantial experience working with and managing global teams.

  • Demonstrated experience managing E2E innovation processes and global pipeline development (including creation of breakthrough and/or disruptive innovation) resulting in sustained global brand growth.

  • Proven experience in managing the complexity of working across numerous time zones, influencing senior level stakeholders, and managing & inspiring team members across various levels who are not direct reports.

  • Coaching/mentoring skills to develop marketers is required. Experience working with R&D, Market Research, Communications Agencies, Finance, Sales and Project Management is required. Experience working with Legal, Regulatory, and global partners is preferred.
